Hello and greetings from the city of Salta! We are back with another video from northern Argentina and this one’s a busy one! In this episode we’ll be showing you some of the colonial architecture that has earned the city the nickname of ‘Salta the beautiful’, we’ll try some delicious northern Argentine food including my personal favourite lentil stew, we’ll learn about Argentina’s colonial & revolutionary history at the Cabildo, we’ll visit beautiful plazas lined with palm trees and step inside cathedrals that are works of art, we’ll admire the views from atop Cerro San Bernardo, and we’ll also pick up a rental car because we need some wheels if we’re going to road trip the north properly!
So let’s go travel Salta together, shall we?

Was there no mask requirement?
Hi Audrey, Daniel and Sam!
We really enjoy watching each and every one of your videos!
Daniel is teaching us so much history from Argentina and we love it!
We are learning so much from your visit to the northern part of the country.
Argentina is such a vast country that each region is different.
That layered desert with meringue looked amazingly fresh and delicious!
Please keep the videos coming, watching them is like being there with you.
The food in Argentina is really good!
Loved Salta. The beautiful architecture, churches etc was just stunning… your video brings back a lot of memories.
Loved your face Audrey when your dad talked about a toenail in the wine. Still giggling. I really don't know much about the history in Argentina but I did watch Evita. (ok red faced )
Genios. Siempre les dejo mi like.
can't get enough of your vlogs ! your father is the best ! r you planning Peru trip too?
I find myself being amazed at what you find in every one of your videos I've seen! Very interesting country!
Tu papá se podría poner una roca de sombrero y le quedaría bien!
Que lindo video! Thanks for share!!
Que alegría otra vez en Argentina.
Les mando un beso grande.
Saludos
Hola,Daniel de vacaciones no cocina mas ? !!!!
I feel I should watch these twice…first to watch Daniel as he speaks, then again to watch the expressions on Audrey's face while Daniel speaks. LOL.
Audrey I hope I don't offend or hurt you with my question. But where is your mom in your videos?
Please come back to Canada.
Beautiful basilica and cathedral…great video!
Time flies. The video was 1 year ago. Hard to believe. Now with the pandemia we can't no go nowhere. But nice we have good memories. Trying to think positive, may be next year we can travel again, best money spend (??? Sorry my english is not perfect)
Nice video. Thanks.

18:53–19:00 Very beautiful view of the waterfalls of Cerro San Bernardo! Perhaps the BEST segment of the site!
I like you put all the places you 've been to in the notes. I look at Google Maps as I love Geography. Lovely food as always and scenery/architecture.
