  2. I hated Venice when I visited there for a long weekend a few years ago, it's far too over crowded, noisy and touristy for myself, glad you peeps enjoyed it though, your right it is beautiful, but i'm from Yorkshire England and I get to see beauty everyday 🙂

  3. 1:42 – What a scam, shame on them for ripping people off . . . . . . . but still new tourists come in droves, and still people willingly pay – so i supposed they don't need to stop !
    Its still pretty despicable though

  4. I'm the guy that commented on the second venice video about the format and how much i enjoied it, just changed my nick. As far as i know every cemetery in italy has pictures of the deceased on the tombstone. I can tell you that when someone dies in your family and you need to arrange for funeral and burial one of the things you have to think about is what picture of the person is gonna end up on the tombstone.
I'm pretty excited about you going to croatia as well. I've been to croatia last year and it was a very good experience. If you enjoy nature you cannot miss the Plitivice lakes park. It is incredible.
I'm also looking forward to you coming back to Italy!
    Thanks for the video!

  5. Hiya. I am so angry with and disappointed in you both. How could you go to Murano and not see the world's most famous glass being blown? The glassworks are all over the place. You do realise Murano consists of 7 islands linked by bridges? What did you do, stay on the one you landed on and think, oh well, nothing here, that's it?
Those glass figurines and ornaments you saw in the shops are known as 'end of day'. They're made by the glassblowers with what's left over at the end of the working day, originally as an afterthought. You missed totally the wonderful creations of master craftsmen because you just couldn't be bothered to do your research! You have to go back. End of!
And don't get me started on you knowing nothing about what's in Tiramisu, the most wonderful dessert. OK, you have got me started. There's no custard in Tiramisu! No cookies! The main ingredients, for Heaven's sake, are egg yolks and Mascarpone Cheese. Finally, somehow, I'm not surprised you didn't have a Bellini at Harry's Bar, where it was created.
I'm sorry I had my rant, but I just find it hurtful that somebody could go to Venice, creator of my best memories on the planet, and not check out what could be points of interest and pure pleasure beforehand.
I'm going to have to watch this vlog again because I was SO frustrated that I kept skipping bits in order to get to the end and write this. Aaarrrrggghh!!! You are SUCH a frustrating, exasperating, infuriating couple at times!!! LOL 🙂
    All the best to you.
