Just after being one night time in a lodge in El Chalten town we hired all of our equipment from Significant Patagonia and commenced the 10km hike to the major of Laguna de Los Tres, a single of the toughest hikes in El Chalten.
At the 8km issue we camped the night time at the Poincenot space. Accumulating refreshing drinking water from the ice chilly stream, cooking supper and sleeping the night time in the freezing chilly with snow and wild birds all about.
Alex woke up early at about 5am to see the dawn around Fitz Roy mountain and right after breakfast we biked the ultimate 2km to the very major of the Laguna de Los Tres.
The ultimate 1km was very tough, it was very steep and a ton of clambering around rocks, boulders and precariously balancing on edges was concerned.
But we at last made it and thankfully had beautiful apparent sights across El Chalten’s quite a few mountain ranges and lagoons.
We commenced the hike back down, packing up our tent and with very sore feet right after two days of trekking, climbing and wilderness discovering we made it back to the town of El Chalten.
