Benedict XVI took off to Germany this morning. He left from Rome’s Ciampino airport at roughly 8:15 a.m. After the two hour flight, the pope landed in Berlin, where he is expected to have an extremely busy schedule. This is the pope’s third trip to Germany and his 21st trip abraod. .
