Absolutely outstanding experience. We arrived at 10:00 am and were given a tour of the facilities. We started off our morning by using the fitness center then all the spa amenities located off of the women’s locker room such as the inhalation room, the steam and sauna, and plunge pools. Everything was impeccably clean and staff went above and beyond to meet our needs. Next we each had a signature massage which was outstanding, again they were professional and noted all allergies and injuries upon entering your room. After our massages we went to the exclusive rooftop pool and had lunch. The food was absolutely delicious and the roof was extremely accommodating. Additionally we were extremely impressed with their drink stations, sunblock offerings, and even their shower and hairdressing stations throughout the spa. We would 100% return and recommend to anyone considering this spa.

I thought it was a wonderful time. The only thing I do not agree with is they offer the special but then a person is required to leave a 20% tip not on the charge but what the charge normally is. That is not right.

I love that various spas in the the Phoenix area offer Travelzoo vouchers for services during the summer-what a treat to look forward to for those of us who live here continuously! Overall, I had a really great pedicure with Vicki (super sweet, friendly, attention to detail) and I also had a good time chatting with the rest of the staff that always takes good care of me. Whenever I “spa” at the Princess, I typically order lunch, so it was an extra treat to have lunch included with the pedicure service. The salon wasn’t too busy or loud or crowded, however back at the rest of the spa area, it seemed that there were many multi-party guests who either weren’t familiar with spa etiquette, or just didn’t care. That was definitely unexpected during a weekday in the summertime when it is 100+ degrees. Regardless, all staff are friendly, helpful and accommodating, the food was good, the pedicure was excellent, and the Princess continues to be my “go to” spa close to home.

PLEASE continue providing Travelzoo spa vouchers, and consider offering some for Arizona residents that can be utilized year-round, and/or special VIP deals for repeat customers.

It was very loud and busy. It wasn’t a very relaxing experience. The sauna wasn’t working which I would have appreciated knowing before I went. The hot tub was very dirty.
