Ibiza (Eivissa) is an island in the Mediterranean Sea off the east coast of Spain. It is the third most significant of the Balearic Islands.

Ibiza is deemed to be a well-known tourist destination, in particular due to its legendary and at times riotous nightclub dependent nightlife centred on two places: Ibiza City, the island’s cash on the southern shore and Sant Antoni to the West.

Significant parts of the island are registered as UNESCO World Heritage Internet sites, and hence secured from the development and commercialization of the major metropolitan areas.
