Egypt opened two historic pyramids south of the funds Cairo and unveiled a collection of newly identified sarcophagi, some made up of very well-preserved mummies. Antiquities Minister Khaled al-Anani informed reporters the Bent Pyramid of King Sneferu, the initial pharaoh of Egypt’s 4th dynasty, and a close by pyramid would be reopened to people for the initial time since 1965.
