Your evening includes a buffet, drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic), entertainment, desert, and transportation to and from Voyages Ayers Rock Resort.

3. Dinner in the Sky (Around the World)

Turn the other way if you’re afraid of heights. Dinner in the Sky has you dining 50 meters above the ground served by a professional wait-staff. Dinner in the Sky can be reserved for up to eight hour time chunks, and even personalized. Want your logo on the bottom of the platform? You can do that. Accommodating up to 22 people at one time, Dinner in the Sky prides itself on safety. It can be set up just about anywhere, and has received approval for use in over 15 countries, including the U.S.

4. Robotic Staffed Restaurant (Germany)

Forget incompetent servers who forget your order. At this restaurant in Germany, you place your order through a touch screen and your food is auto-delivered through robotic rails. Watch the video below to see the robotic staff in action. I don’t know about you, but I think this could be good or bad. What do you do if your order is screwed up? Does it come with a notepad and pen for you to send a complaint back up? Do you talk to someone through the monitor?

5. Under the Sea (Republic of Maldives)

The Ithaa restaurant on Conrad Maldives Rangali Island, you literally dine under the sea. This isn’t just some mere illusion. You’re surrounded by glass, with a complete 180 degrees view of ocean life swimming around you. Very beautiful, but maybe a little nauseating if you have any fear of water, sharks, drowning, or recurring dreams of being crushed by water. No reservations for kids under 12.

6. Smallest Restaurant in the World? (Finland)

This restaurant in Finland consists of a small cabin nestled into beautiful flora. There’s ONE table on the inside of this restaurant. If you’re claustrophobic, it may help to use the second table outside on the porch. That’s it. Two tables.

7.  Absolute Blind Dining (London)

Explore your senses by dining completely in the dark. Your servers and guide staff are all blind, as the owners believe they are best suited to the job. They’re carefully trained, but they already have good use of their other senses. You aren’t allowed to move around, so you’re encouraged to use the (lighted) restrooms before settling in to your table.
