  1. You guys are sooo cuuuute! ^_^ I just booked a trip to BsAs for November and I'm so excited to go back!!! (I spent a semester there in 2011 and it was such an amazing experience). I look forward to watching the rest of your videos now that I've seen this one! 😀

  2. Folks, beware of Uber: it is illegal in Argentina, the company run its business from abroad to avoid taxes and be out of reach of justice should someone demands them. Uber drivers should pay higher insurance to cover for public transportation, and there's a void there because those are supposedly reserved to those with a State's issued licence so many insurance companies refuse to provide coverage for passengers (so in a crash, Uber drivers may end up asking you to declare under oath you're just their friend). Since Uber isn't here for the service quality control nor to check drivers abide public transportation regulations (vehicle controls, proper insurance hired), they have to believe in driver's word for it and you too ass their passenger.
Argentine public transportation system is exceptional when compared to those abroad, this applies to licensed taxis (yellow/black cabs in Buenos Aires) with 0800 to complain and the City Hall being co responsible for any liability. And even If you distrust or dislike taxis, you may rely on Cabify, an Spain based Uber akin Company that is legal in here, hence you have a similar service but you'd be covered.
