  1. Oh Silas. Why didn't I know before you were in Dresden? I would have liked to have met you briefly. At 5:15 you drove past my place of work. Unfortunately you had such rainy weather that day and Dresden couldn't show its best side. Do you already know where you want to play in the GFL for the rest of the season?

  3. Gothic buildings came up during the early medieval and was invented in France. Gigantic pointy windows are typical. The typical Roman churches have round, way smaller windows and usually aren´t as tall as Gothic ones. It was the idea to come heaven as close as possible so you could shake god´s hands or having a beer with…her (?)… up the tower.

    Barrock came later round about when Columbus landed in America. It´s typical Renaissance style when world leaders thought it would be cool having Ancient Roman and Greek style buildings back again. Actually they produced nothing even close to that. More like Disneyland versions of what they thought is Ancient architecture. A random mix of wild fantasies we call Barrock now. You also have such buildings in the US, most of them in the Eastern parts.

  5. you should watch out for the 2 games of düsseldorf and cologne next soccer season. both cities love-hate each other, but their soccer teams haven't been in the same league for 20 years.. its gonna be one crazy derby..
