Redeeming the voucher for a ticket went very smoothly. I went first thing when they opened and got a ticket for that time. The show exceeded expectations. If you were a fan of Downton Abbey, you will love this very beautifully and expertly crafted exhibition.

The entire exhibit was very well done. Especially liked all the historical information about the period. Makes me want to watch the series again with this added information. The holographic appearances of the actors was great fun.

I was afraid it was going to be cheesy but it was very nicely done. I liked the addition of the history which gives it a museum feel. The Costumes were beautiful and fun to see. It’s been a while since I’ve watched Downton but it all came back to me when I walked around the world.

The only thing I didn’t like was the crowds – there were too many people and instead of roaming around freely (as the docents instructed), people got stuck in a line waiting for the person in front of them to finish reading the plaques. The plaques had great information – but – it is not a format for crowds. In this day and age, they should have included a FREE, downloadable audio guide to keep people moving (and they would make money if they do this, because the demand is there.) I wish there were more outfits – my son wanted to see some of the military uniforms – they had room, they should have included them.
