One of the receptionists, Catalina was extremely helpful and accommodating. Traveling with a toddler and a baby is extremely challenging at times and Catalina helped out in many ways. Breakfast was superb and the Scottish lady who was in charge the one morning was absolutely lovely and really good with my son including other staff. They’re friendly and efficient.

Sad that it is closing down and winding down (no meals any more), staying in this lovely warren of a building was an experience we enjoyed!
Meanwhile, £55 for one beer, 2 glasses of wine, 1 G&T, 1 smallish portion of fish & chips (frozen fish, frozen chips) and 1 demi portion of gnocchi was a bit steep for my liking! but hey, we enjoyed the cadre!
