At first, when we were assigned a room, we unpacked and settled in, only to find out it had a twin sized bed, not a queen, as the TravelZoo voucher stated. We had to pack everything up and switched rooms to one with a queen bed. The new room was adjacent to the elevator shaft, and we could hear the elevator moving/stopping/ringing 24/7. The location was great, however.
