Spa had a bowl of apples that were about to go bad at the spa. Hot water pot for tea was empty and no one replenished water — this is not Four Seasons standard.

The only negative thing that happened was that one of the spa pool staff said that he could not move an umbrella to our chairs as they were in demand. I could see there several umbrellas available. When we asked another staff members theynreadily accommodated us and we did not even mention the other colleague.

It’s a beautiful spa & the pool area is also enjoyable. Great for a more social spa experience. It was busy and not very quiet while we we there, but overall enjoyed it throughly. A home away from home dream experience.
Delicious healthy lunch and drinks at the pool made the day feel like being on vacation. The glass of champagne included in the offer was a nice touch! Four seasons knows what they are doing to keep customers happy.

The massage felt very rushed and was not what I would expect from The Four Seasons. I had an issue with my locker (although I locked it, somehow a new robe was placed in while I was gone and my purse was moved to the next locker over and not locked). I brought this issue to the front desk and the staff in the locker room and not one single question was asked nor was it resolved. Very disappointing for spending over $200 for 4 hours.

The pool was packed and a zoo. There weren’t any available seats so we sat in the back by the Pagoda which was actually much more relaxing. We had a drunk guy at 1:00 that kept coming back and smoking near us, then would go back to the pool. I would enjoy it more if it wasn’t so hectic.
