Loved this hotel! The people were friendly and epitome of service. Beds were comfortable. Pool was perfect for kids. The hotel exceeded my expectations.

Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The pool was perfect and the breakfast was delicious. Rooms were comfy and location perfect for exploring downtown. Can’t wait to go back.

We went with kids and the pool was perfect! Easy to walk to restaurants. Staff was exceptional. Breakfast was excellent. Everyone at the hotel was the epitome of service focused.

Nice place, breakfast was great, staff wonderful, bathroom was extremely small and a bit ratty. Broken toilet seat and tiles.

This was a great deal! We were glad the breakfast was included, that was a nice perk. The rooms were nice but nothing special.

Bathroom was amazingly small, and not in the best of condition. Toilet seat not attached and cracked tiles

Despite the bathroom being substandard, the rest of the hotel more than made up for it. Great breakfast, very friendly staff, easy access in and out

Our weekend was wonderful. Brandon was working the front desk and he acknowledged my 65 th Birthday with a gift package sent to our room. Thanks to everyone at the Hyatt Regency for a great weekend! Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.
